I didn't end up liking my blowout for a number of reasons but the customer service was great and they issued me a refund when I came back (after I gave it some time and still hated my hair lol).Mike + Izzy were so compassionate to the way I felt about my hair and didn't ask me any questions, they issued a refund right away.When I first got there, Mike made me THE MOST delicious drink. His personality is warm and welcoming which I appreciated.Also, this location is really STUNNING. I'd go back to the bar to have drinks again. Thanks again Mike + Izzy for being so great ❤️
Had the best experience at this location! We were traveling from Dallas and had a wedding to attend so i booked a blowout to use my barfly membership. Chris was phenomenal and explained in detail everything he was doing and all of the products he was using for my service. I ended up leaving with the products he recommended! Their bartender (i think his name was Mikey?) is such a doll! He took care of me during my appointment and my husband while he waited for me to be done! I told him the type of drink i was in the mood for, and he brought me over something that he created as a surprise! You cannot go wrong with any of the stylists as they ALL ARE AWESOME❣️They style my hair just how I want & they are all so nice & friendly the Aloha spirit us definitely alive & well @tge IMP DRYBAR?
