I've used RMI for HVAC maintenance service for over a decade, but recently I had an urgent problem when we were resurfacing our lanai and had to move the freon and electrical lines for the a/c. The other guys weren't qualified to do that, so I called RMI and explained it was kinda urgent because the other project couldn't proceed until the lines were moved.This was in August, which is busy season for HVAC companies, but since all their technicians were busy, the owner Randy came out himself on a hot afternoon to move the lines and do some simple rewiring. This was all done on a short 4 hour notice, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg - it was very reasonable.RMI...read full review

5 STARS WAY UP.... Randy & Crislyn are great to work with. Estimates are fair and the work is professionally done. They answer all of your questions. Highly recommended for your air conditioning needs.

*************** (owners) are fantastic to work with. We have (4) split air units that have finally seen their day- Keep in mind we were inquiring about service during the start of summer. While Crislyn was expertly handling the office ***** was out in the field with customers. They manage to fit us in their busy schedule and we received a very fair estimate along with options. Due to supply & demand for ************** our installation is being handled in (2) phases starting with our 24K BTU unit they were in / out in under 4 hours.
