I love Halene. Was recommended by a friend several months back because I recently moved here and didn't know where to go. She is efficient, congenial and professional. I come to her every 2-3 weeks because of these qualities. It is not a fancy place and you won't be paying fancy prices. Parking is available in the back. I generally get an appointment for the time I need. Halene is very accommodating. The most important part of this experience though is her work. She does good touch ups and highlights!
