Tiffany has been a big help with choosing frames and lenses for many years, always smiling and polite, and very knowledgeable. Dave and Tiffany took immediate care of emergency repair needs, searching inventory to find a frame that could fit lenses and ensuring the new frame fit. They were a pleasure to work with, checked pricing, and made moments of panic much better with their friendly demeanor.
My son and I went to get our eye exams here . This was our first visit here. We had a great experience . I love the convenience of where this place is located because we are frequent NEX and commissary shoppers so it was easy to access . I emailed them requesting for an Appointment and they got back to me within a couple of hours . Scheduling an appointment was easy compared to other places here in Hawaii where wait times are usually long to get in to see a doctor.

Thank you to Lauri, Autumn, and Tiffany for going above and beyond to help us pick glasses for our 5 year old. We really appreciate the time they took to talk us through our options for frames, for helping adjust them when they came in, for explaining how to take care of them so thoroughly, and for answering all of our questions!
I just visited The Pearle Vision center at Navy Exchange on Bougainville at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii And I had Dave assist me with some very quick glasses that I got bent over time. He did a terrific job in fixing all of the weird bends of my glasses. He did this in a quick period of time and was Very patient with me. I thank Pearl Vision and Dave for a very pleasant and successful fixing of my glasses. I would definitely recommend Pearle Vision to all of my friends who need glasses.
