Great place and was willing to take us last minute. Took time to explain aftercare, as well as was patient and caring during the wax session. A little bit confusing to find as if you’re driving you have to park in the parking garage and then go up the elevator to the lobby, which has a different elevator to go up to the suite where the spa is located. She does provide validation so you don’t have to pay for the parking which is good and saves you a bit of money but if you are walking distance, then it’s not really an issue.

Sincerely recommend this waxing experience, 10/10 stars! The office is very clean and sanitary. Kathy was extremely thorough with her waxing and wasn't satisfied until every hair was plucked. She was also extremely friendly and kind, chatting with me about her kids and our lives. She also remembered afterwards to send me the deposit I had paid separately, so it's a very honest business and you'll definitely be getting your money's worth!
