Called to inquire after their rate for flashing a motherboard bios and the person we were dealing with - Dennis - abruptly said "Yeah, we can't help you." and then promptly hung up the phone. Apparently in addition to lackluster offering they also have zero customer service. 0/10 would not recommend.
