I took my 2015 Fiat 500 several times to this shop. I truly appreciate the transparency of the team here. I feel like they treat me with honesty and respect, which are so important to me as a woman unfamiliar with auto repair. I would go to them every time for my car concerns.

I was blown away by the customer service provided. Came in as a first time customer and had them check someone else's work on my Jaguar. In the first 5 minutes of speaking with Cody and the other guy at the front (sorry I forgot name), l was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle and when it came time to repair, they actually took the time to explain what was happening to me in a language I could understand. Other shops have treated me like a dollar sign, just telling me what they think my car needs. These folks explained it to me without rushing, answered questions, and just treated me with patience and kindness that I haven't received other places.... read full review
