My massage therapist Ceranda was phenomenal. Extremely welcoming and accomodating. I asked for deep tissue with firm pressure and definitely got that. It felt amazing. Ceranda is highly skilled. If I could afford it, I would book her every month. The relaxation area with ocean view made the spa experience even more special. It was very nice bonus to be able to use the jacuzzi and saunas and other amenities before and after the massage treatment.

Not a big spa but we never had to share the hot tub or the relaxation room with any others. So I believe it's bc they space out the times per guest very well. I truly thought it would have been packed on a Saturday? But we had the place to ourselves! Good massage, very thorough. Nice teas offered. They do automatically add 20% gratuity, which I'm fine with but it's good to know going in:) You are allowed 1 hour access to the spa area an hour before your service and you're allowed 1 hour after.

I highly recommend this spa. I had the sugar spa treatment and the mani/pedi with hot stones. I can't say enough about Tomoko. Her attention to detail and how meticulous she is blew me away for the mani/pedi. She also does massage so I've already booked her in a couple weeks. I've been to a lot of hotel spas and this is my favorite, mostly because of Tomoko. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.
