I was taken to the examination room promptly. I didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Yim provided prompt and professional service in a timely manner. He is very friendly and not at all intimidating. The support staff are also very friendly and helpful. The office returns calls promptly. The first hour of parking is free and the parking structure is annexed to the building which provides for easy access. Although located in a Queen's POB, these ophthalmologists are not part of the Queen's system. I saw Dr. Yim because my ophthalmologist is out of town. It turns out that they are good friends. What a small world. I recommend Dr. Yim and his team without hesitation.
I highly recommend Dr Michael Yim! He is competent, professional, and knowledgeable. His friendliness/humor is a bonus for us patients to feel comfortable and at ease. I might add his staff is also friendly and helpful. I had laser cataract surgery on both eyes, from legally blind to almost perfect vision!!! Thank you, Dr Yim!!!
