    Representative service is less than zero. No promised follow up calls. Distribution requests are not properly processed. Call waiting times are extreme. Supervisors have no customer service skills. If you want your money in a financial institution with poorly trained representatives and supervisors and you want a frustrating experience each time you call , put your money here, otherwise look elsewhere.
