    Charged me twice accidentally for the same month, didn't acknowledge it until I sent them credit card statements, continued to ignore me until I won a credit card dispute, and then after it was resolved by my credit card company and they promised they wouldn't inactivate my plan during the dispute, when I went online to pay, I couldn't pay because my family plan was inactivated. So I'm currently not insured, and it's a US Healthcare Marketplace plan! Isn't that illegal? I have no words.

    3days, 4 hours of telephone hold time. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES! No method to request a callback, no way to get issues resolved. What happened? I remember there was a time when someone always answered the phone after a short hold time. AUWE to management for trying to save money and screwing up this department.

    You guys needs to hire more English speaking worker that is knowledgeable in the works! I k ow it is limited workers but this broken English stuff is not happening especially if you are Handicap! They are suppose to help you the corrinater not make it worst!
