Everyone is super Friendly and helpful. They make you relaxed as soon as you walk in?
And they don’t pressure you to add extra Services. But, they let you know what’s available and if it sounds good they can help set it up for you.
I’ve been with Malia over a year now. Maybe longer. Time flies there when you are sooo relaxed. She makes sure I am comfortable and I get great comments from People on my Skin. I recommend Massage Envy to everyone who asks.

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for 5 years. ME provides exceptional service - from booking appointment, checking in, and completing the massage. The facilities are clean, calm and welcoming. Rooms are pleasant, quiet and comfortable. I’ve been to the Aina Haina and Kaneohe locations. My therapist, Kau’i, greets me and always asks if there are any issues I want her to address or if there are specific areas she should focus on. It’s usually lower back, neck & shoulders for me. She always asks if the room or bed temperature is OK and if the pressure she uses is comfortable: she will increase or decrease as requested.

Malia is wonderful and she provides outstanding service. I always enjoy seeing her! Her facial services makes me feel outstanding and her mini massages around my neck, arms and shoulder…totally fabulous! Leaving the salon, I am relaxed and feel wonderful! Thanks Malia!
