I have to thank Got Quality Massage for their excellent care the last 2 and a half years. I am a difficult patient, I have a rare and severe nerve syndrome that affects my lower extremities with tightness, cramps and numbness. I came to them weighing 145 pounds I am back to 175. Along with just making me feel better, their care has restored function that I was told would not come back. Professional Medical Massage! I have been more active in my exercise routine & my muscles are always tight! On yesterday I received an amazing massage (at the time it didn't feel so amazing because my hamstrings & IT band were so taunt I thought they were ready to snap ) But my massage therapist Patricia Watts skillfully knew the action & origin combo to unlock my muscles. I had also been experiencing hip pain in my hip socket & she worked that out to. I'm going to warn you, you may think you can't take the pressure, but if you breathe through it (in through your nose , out through your mouth , it will be worth it on the other end!
