Since starting acupuncture I had a complete shift mentally that helped me to understand how my emotional health/physical health and daily routine intersect.
Western approaches do a lot of compartmentalizing — breaking away from that is what I believe helped me to get pregnant with my double rainbow baby (she just turned two ?)
Being able to integrate acupuncture/food/herbs/ritual to help with anxiety/depression/infertility & loneliness has been a game changer for me and for my family.
