My experience with Maire was exceptional. I came to her during a period of significant transition and change in my life, and her work helped me reconnect with a sense of balance and healing that I didn’t fully realize I needed.

The acupuncture and cupping sessions were excellent, but what stood out most was the healing presence she brings to her practice. There is a genuine sense of care, calm, and intention in the space she has created. I always left feeling more grounded, more connected to myself, and better able to listen to what my body was trying to tell me.

I cannot recommend Maire enough! My husband and I were trying to conceive for many months and were undergoing fertility treatments through a fertility clinic. The journey was emotional, stressful, and full of ups and downs, but Maire was a constant source of support throughout it all.

Not only did she help me feel more grounded, calm, and balanced during the fertility process, but she also provided a safe and caring space where I could relax and focus on my overall well-being. When we moved forward with IVF, I scheduled acupuncture sessions before and after my embryo transfer. We transferred two embryos, a boy and a girl, and both embryos successfully implanted!

I cannot recommend Māla Acupuncture and Maire Cahoon highly enough. This was truly the best acupuncture experience I’ve ever have had so I keep coming back! I came in dealing with significant pain and stiffness, and I was amazed by how quickly I felt relief. Maire is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and create a treatment that felt personalized and effective.
