I visited the sick call clinic this morning and had a great experience. The Hospital Corpsman at the check-in desk was very professional and welcoming. HM2 Park was very friendly and helpful. She provided exceptional care while checking my vitals. LT Cook was so pleasant to work with and provided great medical advice and care. The pharmacy team was quick and friendly. This entire staff is awesome! Everyone is upbeat and happy. Keep up the great medical service!LCDR Acfalle

The appointment line directs you to the health clinic the clinic then redirect you back to the appointment line and then back again to the health clinic how on earth are we supposed to reschedule our appointments really sucks cause some of us may be on leave and can’t reschedule until we get back and then have to do it person

We were signed Dr. Rachel Newtown for our pediatrician but there are no numbers to schedule an appointment. Every single number listed leads to the same automated operator with no option to schedule an appointment. How is this okay?!

Naval Health Clinic Hawaii (NHCH) is composed of six geographically-dispersed clinics. The command headquarters, Occupational Medicine also known as Shipyard Clinic, and our largest primary care clinic, Branch Health Clinic (BHC) Makalapa, are located on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). We also have clinics at Marine Corps Base Hawaii located on Kaneohe Bay and Camp Smith, and aboard Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific in Wahiawa. BHC Camp Smith and Branch Medical Clinic (BMC) Wahiawa are active-duty only clinics. Our clinic on Barking Sands, Kauai, is a small active-duty only clinic staffed by an Independent Duty Corpsman in support of the Pacific Missile Range Facility.
