Dae is an authentic yoga teacher. Her group classes are held in a beautiful temple environment. Great for the serious student. She also gives private lessons! Beneficial for total body strength and wellbeing.
Amazing location and class. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Dae is great with her cues and hands on assistance. I came after not practicing Ashtanga for over 7 years. She assisted me into poses and pushed me deeper into some poses while making sure my alignment was correct. I have found my spot and plan on being one of her regulars. Thanks Dae!!
