Leong Family Dental is a great dental office! The staff are all so friendly from the front office to the clinic staff I felt so welcomed, they make going to dentist easy.

Had my first visit at Leong Family Dental this morning and had a great experience! The front staff is very friendly and welcoming, I was seen at my appointment time and finished in a timely manner. Rica was my hygienist and she was amazing! and I recommend Leong Family Dental to everyone seeking dental care.

Great business! From the front desk to the office everyone was professional and friendly. I’m no expert but it seems like they use the latest equipment. There was plenty of parking when I visited in the morning, teeth feel good!

Loved my dental hygienist Rica! She does a fantastic job, she’s attentive, gentle & effective. My teeth feel so clean and good after I get my teeth cleaned by her. Every time I see Rica we have good conversations & she makes me feel at ease. I’m moving off the island soon, but I’m glad my experiences here have been as great as they’ve been. Everyone here has been nice & professional towards me. The front desk receptionists have worked with me. For example: I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment one time. I forgot her name, but she was very understanding. The dentists that have seen me are also professional & care about my concerns if I happen to have any. They work very effectively & efficiently. Thank you all at Leong Family Dental!

I usually dont do reviews on detail clinic, but I am going to do this one. Best customer service ever. They made so comfortable at some point I felt at home. The nurse, I can not spell her name right Kathy, I think, or Katie. She was very nice and very friendly. She did my cleaning and I felt so new again. Thank you so much for all the help and advice. I highly recommend Leong Family Dental.

If you don't care about genuine dental treatment and don't mind service that is irrelevant to your actual dental needs, this is the right place for you.
I went to Leong Family Dental because I was in severe pain and this was the closest to my home. During my initial visit(exam and cleaning) which took less than 30 minutes, they told me that my tooth was in pain because of reduced gum and needing to use sensitive toothpaste. Even though I had a visible crack on my tooth. They told me I was wrong and sent me on my way. I called back two days later saying the same thing and the main doctor (Kyle Leong) saw me and confirmed that I did in fact have a cracked tooth and didn't even bother apologizing and referred me to a different dentist. Not recommended.

This review isn't aimed at the Leong staff but at Dr. Kevin Leong. Today, my four-year-old had his six-month cleaning. Typically, he sees Kathy as his dental hygienist, but for some reason, Dr. Kevin was scheduled to clean my son's teeth today. I had my son sit back, and the Doctor began brushing his teeth without easing him into the procedure—he didn't introduce the tools, offer him a choice of flavored toothpaste, or give him glasses to block the bright light. Kathy usually does these things to help him mentally prepare.
My son got upset when Dr. Kevin shoved a brush into his mouth. When I suggested he take it slow, Dr. Kevin thought my son was ready because he was lying in the chair. Unfortunately, Dr. Kevin completed only about 20% of the work; my son's teeth didn't get cleaned properly, yet I'll still receive a bill for an essentially incomplete visit.
Dr. Kevin seems unprepared to handle young kids. He forgets that little ones need to be gradually introduced to things like an electric toothbrush and that those bright lights can be overwhelming.
I hope Dr. Kevin can improve his approach or reconsider seeing small children. On a positive note, the rest of the staff is why I continue coming to this practice.

Went for a regular cleaning. Right out the gate, there's forms that delineate fees for late payment (understandable), late cancelled appointments ($50/cancellation seems high to me), and a waiver that says every $$ said at the office is just an estimate until the actual bill comes out (RED FLAG #1). RED FLAG #2: Wow walking through the back makes you feel like a robot going to maintenance. There's these small, narrow offices designed for max output. I got put into a pantry/closet sized one where the distance between me and the sink was literally about a foot. That foot was occupied by the hygienist. FLAG #3: The hygienist told me "everything she's doing today is free and covered by my plan". Something I knew was absolutely wrong because I actually researched my coverage. Ah that's where that paper I signed my life on comes into play if I ever argued about the payment. (They really should train their staff to not make big promises like that. Unless that's their business model...) Oh seems like they have TVs in every room and in the waiting room if that's a must for you. Personally, I dislike them because FLAG #4: Dentist came in really briefly after my cleaning to look at my x-ray and recommended to a fix after asking me 1 question. Call me evil, but it's a pre-existing condition I knew I had. All my previous dentists actually did a hands on check at it (not just look at the x-ray), and told me it's a non-issue. Lol this dentist, looked at the x-ray, asked me 1 question and immediately recommended a costly fix. To give Dentist credit, they said it was "up to me". Still, not giving me the confidence that this Dental Office has the best in mind for my health AND my wallet. Maybe I'm too used to dentists that will tell when something is cosmetic and when it's negatively affecting your health. Overall, the cleaning itself was painless and quick. The hygienist did a decent/standard job. The staff was polite and efficient. My complaint is with the office layout and the Dentist. With how cramped and close together the rooms are, it felt claustrophobic (maybe thats why they had TVs in every room to distract you). For the Dentist, they gave me a rushed diagnostic with little patient engagement. felt like a walking $$ and my medical health DID NOT matter. I would feel uncertain and uncomfortable coming to them for a real dental emergency. Health professionals should be someone you trust to make the best call for you which includes understanding your medical coverage. To sum it up, I would trust them with a basic cleaning but anything else....

Having experienced military dental facilities for the past decade plus, I was excited to have been given a referral to an outside location. I was even more appreciative to have been able to come to Leong. The woman, Jinky, who did my cleaning and numbing shots did fantastic. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair in my entire life. Honestly, the most tolerable shots I have ever received. The dentist, Veene, was also wonderful. Spoke through everything in detail prior to executing actions, spoke personally about her family and kids. Overall, a very positive experience!
