These folks are so sweet and wonderful. I had a 'little accident' with my glasses and my toddler, and they fixed them for me in under 2 minutes and refused to let me pay for it. Total sweethearts, expert repair work!

The nose pad on my Ray Ban sunglasses fell off, and I didn't know how or where I could replace it. My opthalmologist referred me to the Ray Ban store in the shopping center, but they were out of nose pads. The clerk in that store referred me to Lenscrafters in Macy's, and I am so lucky to have met Mario who not only provided me with a new, free of charge, nose pad but (1) replaced the other one so that I had a matching pair, (2) tightened up the screws in my Ray Ban, and (3) tightened up the screws in my regular glasses! What a top-notched service provider he is! Thank you Mario, Lenscrafters and Macy's for saving my Ray Ban sunglasses and me!
