Life-Changing Results After a Devastating Head-On Collision
I cannot thank John Yamane and Jaime Grimm enough for how they handled our case. My wife and I were hit head-on by a drunk, unlicensed driver in an unregistered vehicle who drove directly into our lane. It was a terrifying experience that changed our lives. My wife suffered life-altering injuries that required two bolts in her pelvis, hip-to-hip, and she still struggles with her movement today. I also suffered multiple injuries.

My wife and I were the victims of a head on crash in June 2025. We were hit by an unconscious driver and my wife was severely injured. We hired Michael Cruise and his team to help us, they have been battling for us every since! Michael and his team are very caring, wonderful people and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have someone on their side! It was and is a devastating life changing event for us and we couldn’t do it without them.
On 8-28-2025, l was hit by a car that was making a left turn. I was in the crosswalk, riding my handicapped scooter when I was struck by the car. I was then hospitalized at Queens for 1 week and then spent another 2 weeks in Rehab of the Pacific. After being discharged, additional treatment had to be completed. The injuries suffered were extensive. The driver only had minimal limits on the car which was not sufficient to compensate me for the injuries that I suffered.
