Excellent customer service from Ruby! She went above and beyond to help me, and my clothes were returned looking and smelling great. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers. Highly recommend Launderland and especially Ruby for the outstanding service!
Beware that they're weighing your clothes once they are washed and on hangers, I brought my own this week which are velvet and sturdy and was charged an extra 6.00 when I asked the clerk about their process is when I come to find out about this.... I was given the owners name and # so we can discuss it, but I think we shouldn't be charged for the weight of the hangers, just the clothes. Other than that, it seems fair. But more will be revealed.

As far as I know, it's the cheapest around Waikiki. It takes 3 days to wash your clothes, but it is a convenient service.
