Beware that they're weighing your clothes once they are washed and on hangers, I brought my own this week which are velvet and sturdy and was charged an extra 6.00 when I asked the clerk about their process is when I come to find out about this.... I was given the owners name and # so we can discuss it, but I think we shouldn't be charged for the weight of the hangers, just the clothes. Other than that, it seems fair. But more will be revealed.

We always use the drop-off service.
Pound: $1.70, minimum charge: $15.
As far as I know, it's the cheapest around Waikiki. It takes 3 days to wash your clothes, but it is a convenient service.

Review for self service area. The price is decent if I recall correctly. But it is very cramped both inside and outside. Business hours are very limited. My experience here was unpleasant due to 2 particular people. Person #1 just couldn't keep her makas off me for reasons unknown. And person #2 had zero boundaries as she stood right behind me for the dryer I wasn't even done using. I won't be back.
