I tried so much to love this salon but my lashes did not last a week. I called and had to reschedule to get my lashes redone spent $185 which is super high for classic lashes compared to other salons. Left a voicemail got no phone call back and had to contact for either refund or 2nd appointment. Went back for the appt and they didn't last not even a week again :(( have to choose another lash salon that has more retention.

I unfortunately had a full set done at a previous salon a few days ago which left me looking like I had daddy long legs on my eyes . I had an event to go to tonight and knew I needed help ASAP. Though I knew Lash Love is usually booked very far out; I let Lash Jesus take the wheel and called to see if there was a opening for a "emergency mini-fill" And just like that." LJ" answered my prayers and I was told Nikki could see me in a few hours. She immediately saw the issue and "evened" the set out. No more daddy long legs! I also got to spin their prize wheel during their 10-yr anniversary and got a cute grab bag! TYSM for saving face Nikki! Like literally!!! Will be back...read full review

I love my lash artist, Krystle! She is sweet, humble and does an amazing job with my lashes! I recommend her AND Vanessa! Vanessa is another lash artist there who does a phenomenal job on my lashes! It was hard to choose between the two of them! Lol. So heartbroken that I moved to Arizona because so far no lash artist here in Arizona impressed me with their work. I miss going to Lash Love!
