Disappointed with Kenneth’s Photography when I received my son's School portrait photo his hair is messy. I paid $22 but they didn't even fix my son’s bangs, a waste of money. And then they will send a note that if you don't like your portrait photo? You may retake/reshoot for a fee $5.00! Wow, you didn't even bother to fix my son’s bangs, is it your way of making money that’s why you didn’t fix his hair? I don’t recommend!

While I understand the importance of a profitable business model, their current approach feels overly rigid. The available picture packages don't offer flexibility or value, making it difficult to find something that meets my needs.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend their services until more customer-friendly options are considered.

My child took her spring pictures by them and she was wearing a bow but her hair was blocking half the bow. No effort in trying to fix her hair whatsoever. Very very DISSAPOINTING as I spent a lot on her package . I Could've took better pictures myself as I was in the photography field.
