The House of Photo offers friendly staff and decent senior pictures, but their photo packages can be confusing and expensive if you want additional prints. The small waiting area and unpleasant stairwell smell can make for an uncomfortable experience, especially during busy high school picture days. While the overall quality is good, the business doesn't always feel special for such an important occasion. However, customers praise the helpful staff, prompt responses, and impressive setup, with reasonable pricing compared to other photography establishments on the island.
Just want all to know that these are GREAT people! TL;DR - other parent filled form out incorrectly, had to correct next day (post-processing), major headache for them, but the representative made the call with a smile and I greatly appreciated it :)
Friendly staff, senior pictures are okay but photo packages are confusing and pricey if you want extra pictures. Stairwell smells and waiting area is too small and uncomfortable when they’re busy taking high school pictures. Overall, doesn’t feel special for such a special occasion….
