they locked out 600 nurses in retaliation for striking against unsafe work conditions
They would rather pay strike nurses 5x more than their staff, just so they don’t have to guarantee safe staffing ratios. This is not only adversarial to the nurses. It’s adversarial to the patients. The patients all want safe staffing ratios, I guarantee it.
Locking nurses out!! Shame on you. We are the backbone of hospital systems. You’re only gonna do this so much and we all will be done with this profession.
