I was exciting to try this studio for the first time and had a really disappointing experience. Staff was friendly and kind, I made an appointment in advance but my nails felt very rushed ( another scheduled client arrived a little over halfway through and was waiting for me to finish) there was no cuticle care done and I found out halfway through that they don’t accept discover card, which wasn’t posted anywhere and I had to leave to get cash to pay. This is what happens when a nail technician grinds down your actual nail. These lines are from coming here for a couple months awhile back. She would grind my real nail before adding acrylic. Not necessary and I've never had any place do this. I've been waiting months now to be able to do ombré designs again (my fave) because these lines. Just a message to the shop to correct this. Mahalo
