I needed to replace a leaking water heater and called JGR Plumbing. Jaren came out right away and gave me several options to replace the old unit. He was very thorough and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. When it came to installation, I was extremely pleased with Jaren's work. The new water heater and piping looks amazing and very professional. He even noticed my hose bib was leaking and changed it for me (no charge). I would definitely call JGR Plumbing again for any future plumbing work.
JGR Plumbing did an excellent job capping off the water line on my existing water softener system, including sealing the drain and testing everything thoroughly for leaks. The work was done cleanly and correctly, which gave me immediate peace of mind.
He was prompt, professional, and very organized throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that he took the time to spot-check my water heater and share helpful maintenance insight without any pressure.
I’ve added JGR Plumbing to my go-to list and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest plumbing work.
We had a number of plumbing issues that collected over the years on 50+ year old piping and valves. Leaks, frozen valves, imminent failure types of issues. Jaren and Ivan were friendly, polite and did meticulous work, expertly, and left the area cleaner than they found it.
No pressure tactics, but provided a range of options for different levels of service. Never tried to push the most expensive action.
Plumbing work is expensive. I did some pricing around and I believe JGR plumbing provided a great overall value for the price. They will be the first I call in the future.
