She really understands my hair and consistently gets it right, which isn't easy to find. On top of that, she's funny and easy to talk to, so appointments feel relaxed and enjoyable. It never feels rushed, and you can tell she cares about her clients. Over time, she's become someone I look forward to seeing, not just for the haircut but for the whole experience. Highly recommend.
