Everything was done professionally and was enjoyable from start to finish. She is very easy to work with and was so nice and sweet! The room environment was also very neat, clean, and soothing. I liked that she made me always feel comfortable and always either checked in with me to see how I was doing, as well as letting me know ahead of time what was going to be done next. She is amazing! It was so relaxing the whole facial and she does wonders! My skin was so glowy at the end and felt clean and refreshed. She also provided a little mental self-care by reminding me I deserved it and working on breathing, and I was something I really needed
