They advised me to drop it off and they would take a look. After diagnosis, John informed me that the graphic card was failing and recommended against repairing it due to cost-effectiveness. I ended up purchasing a new iMac instead. What impressed me the most was that they didn't charge me for the diagnosis.I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity, and strongly believe that they deserve to be compensated for their service.
