It was only a phone call, which is why it is 3 stars. The lady who answered was nice and helped the best she could. They did not sell the item I was looking for anymore but she gave me some recommendations.

Customer service was excellent! I went in, asked for help, got my products and was extremely happy with the service and products I purchased. The price for wax was competitive with pricing online and you don't have to pay for shipping. Kat helped me and she was so knowledgeable! Thank you, Kat, for going above and beyond to make my shopping experience so wonderful. This is my go to place for beauty supplies from now on.

Located on the heart of Honolulu, I was so happy to find an alternative beauty supply store other than Sally's. This store is cleaner, more spacious than Sally's. The customer service is top-notch here, the employee was upbeat and happy to be there. She was able to help me find what I was looking for and gave invaluable advice on hair care. I'm coming here from now on for my beauty needs!
