I took a Hot Pilates HIIT class and it was so much fun! Everything was quick and efficient. Soon as I booked the appointment all of my answers about the spot were texted to me before I even knew to ask.The class was challenging and upbeat. The instructor was super fit and very motivational. I’ll definitely be back.

Happy to find this studio. The virtual / automated studio concept is awesome, and Catherine is amazing at keeping all the parts running smoothly. The teachers aren't in the room, but they're super present and amazing. And by the teachers not being in person, there are more options and thus you don't end up taking class from the same person every single time. Highly recommend.

This was my first time ever hearing of inferno Pilates and it was AMAZING!! 10/10 recommend Hot Yoga Waikiki. The staff and goers are friendly & the vibes are amazing. Will definitely be coming back!
