I have been utilizing their services for over 3 years, since I moved back to the island. Even after moving to town, I remained a loyal customer. Liz and Raquel are absolutely amazing, professional and dedicated to offer great customer service. They have done everything within their reach to accommodate my needs, from offering different options to fir my needs, to providing follow up calls when I needed a different unit. The value of their service, the facilities and the prices are just one of the many reason why I continue to use the facility.

Seska at Hawaiia self storage was very helpful and very nice. It was helpful to have an example of the unit sizes right in the office to easily see what size you need. Which is so much easier than having to walk to each and every unit.

i had to move all my stuff from a nearby storage place because a lot of my valuables were stolen from someone breaking into my locker. Due to a tip, i relocated over to hawaii self storage and i haven't had any issues here. plus the cost here is about half of what i was paying at the other place.
