November 2020 start with this company.They told me I am pre-qualified loan and I paid my pocket $2793.50After 4 months they told me I am disqualified and that company they don't even answer and reply for I asking refund fee till today 3 monthes.Cause why I have only cost $2793.50.Please peoples be aware this company.They are just scamer.Even i reported them at scam tracker.I have all the evidence for them.Now I do working with different bank in maui and I don't have to any fee from my pocket

This is my first review and am only doing so because of the experience I had with Alan. My real estate agent suggested to go to this mortgage company, and I was a little hesitant because I wanted to go to my bank. Now after purchasing my home with a VA loan in Hawaii. I would only suggest going to Honolulu Home Loans. Alan was my broker and he was as amazing! Walked us through the process with speed and precision. He was very tentative with are concerns and responded promptly to are questions. I would not use any other broker to buy a home.
