Carolyn is an amazing artist and a very sweet person. She came to our hotel and not only touched up the henna my son had earlier in the week but gave him a tribal sea turtle too. She explained the process of taking care of it but also educated us on where henna and jagua come from, how to properly preserve it. We unfortunately got a henna from a hotel vendor and after speaking with Carolyn, it was clear the hotel vendor was using poorly stored product. The results are great and my son can't wait to show his friends at school his new ink!
