As a new patient I felt I had a very thorough exam from the preliminary tests with Dylan to Dr. Bossert who explains everything she is doing and shows you diagrams as well your own results. Clare is also very helpful and welcoming at the front desk and answered all my questions and gave me all the documentation I needed. I also loved the selections of glasses in their optometry area and Rachel helped me find a perfect pair of prescription sunglasses. I am very pleased that I found them!
My daughter’s eye kept tearing and was red and painful. We went to the ER at night and they said there was something on the cornea. Honolulu eye clinic made space I. Their busy schedule to see her the next morning at 8:30 am and added two more visits within 3 days to make sure the infection and tear are healing correctly! We appreciate them so much!
Dr J Wong is the best! He is caring, professional, and personable. You will never feel rushed when you go to see him and his incredible staff. From start to finish--- nothing but pure aloha!
