Walked up about 20 min before closing (4:40) on a Saturday (they are supposed to close at 5:00) to purchase products and to book a future appointment and the lady put a closed sign right on the door when we were reaching for it at. I mean I get it for customers who are expecting hair appts, however she didn't even know why were there...didn't ask, did not care. Honestly kinda rude. If you close at 4:40, you should change your sign and let the exchange know.

Got a basic cut (not too recent) and it turned out okay, though the layers could have been better. The ladies are pretty nice! My SIL who got her hair styled wasn't too impressed but I'll just rate for myself.

I had the best experience here. My stylist (Paris) was amazing. Not only a talented stylist (color, cut, style) but one of the sweetest women you’ve ever met! The other ladies (nail tech and other stylist) I saw were also very kind. I did not get my nails done but saw her work and it was really good. I highly recommend this salon with easily 5 stars!!
