Noe and Josh were super helpful and flexible when I needed temporary storage for artwork during a repair project. Cost is reasonable and the 50% discount for locals for 3 months is an added plus. The facility is very clean, super secure & the AC is reliable. You can access via the back side and not have to deal with all the Dillingham construction. It is worth going the distance to use this location.

Finding the right storage facility was difficult until I discovered Hawaii Self Storage in Iwilei. The current location is questionable because of the road construction but once you get pass the front gate it is quiet, clean parking lot, and the storage facility is very impressive, but the difference is the onsite Manager & her Assistant Manager, they are #1in Customer service! First Timer bought a rental storage unit size 10x15 for moving out I need all stuff to put in there for awhile. I love the unit, feel cooler and very clean! Even though it was half discount to pay monthly. Would love to come back later!
