When we lost our audiologist on one of the neighbor islands we were in a real bind trying to get my grandfathers hearing aids fixed. Linda at Hawaii professional audiology went above and beyond to help us. She worked with the hearing aid company directly and got new batteries sent to her. She communicated with us frequently to update us on the situation. She then fixed my grandfathers hearing aids. We are so thankful for everything they did to help us.

Fast response to my internet inquiry and got an appointment very soon thereafter. Audiologist was a nice lady and took the time to prepare all the necessary equipment for my appointment.

Very professional staff. They validated my parking and the doctor spent time reviewing the hearing test results so I understood the results.

The RUDEST front desk clerk (I think Mary is her name?) I've ever experienced. I was calling for my mom who's hard of hearing, after insurance company referred us to them. I could not finish a sentence before she constantly interrupting me rudely, and giving me orders with zero empathy or professionalism. I'm worried about the abuse my mom would get, if I send her to this service. I have called the insurance company back, and got the referral to another service. Do NOT send your loved ones here. Too bad how the front desk person can ruin business for the professional audiologists and the care quality for the patients.
