Made an appointment, rescheduled several times so my appointment was 4 weeks late. When they finally showed up they charged me 1500 for a shower pan install and then couldn't install the pan and charge me full price. It was obvious he didn't take the time to look at the materials before starting the job. It took several people to do a one man job. Really disappointed in my experience.Service: Shower installation

Mark Llarenas is the Owner of Hawaii Kai Plumbing. He completed two projects: 1) In Wall Shower Replacement - Water supply was not flowing through both faucets. T&G wood panels behind the shower were removed. New diverter openings were made on the shower side. Replaced all T&G panels and screwed them in place. 2) Below Floor Sink Repair - Cold water supply line was clogged due to corrosion and rust. Replaced both cold and hot water lines and improved water flow to existing sink. Rating is for high level of carpentry work in the wall and under the floor.
