I walked in the salon a day before and met Renee for waxing. She is amazing, I do recommend her. I grew up in Hawaii and now live on the Mainland, boy what a difference of experience between them. She accommodated my visiting schedule, text alerts through my phone, was on time, her product and style are gentle, pretty much no pain, explained the process, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will pay the airfare to see her again.

Never been here for a hair cut before and will never go back I showed the hair dresser two photos of what I wanted and she did not even come close to what I asked for. If you weren't sure how to do it it would of been better to say I cant do that in stead of cutting off all my hair I'm so disappointed and cried a lot. She charged me $50 for that

I went to the Hawaii Kai day &spa salon very first time and met my hairdresser Janet Pakula Horton, she is amazing professional hairdresser, and she know her job very well, I was so pleased with her advise and work. I recommend her to everyone, will not be disappointed.
