Like O'hana. Michael, from initial phone call to project finish was like working with O'hana.Received quotes from four paint contractors and his prices were the most competitive. Commissioned him to paint the exterior wood of our house and car port. Ran into issues with rotting fence posts which he was able to replace and apply caulking and brackets at the base to prevent from occurring in the future. Upon job completion, wife was not happy with finish in one of our lanais and asked to repaint it. He was courteous and gracious about this request even though we had agreed in advance on the paint color. He had to return and work an extra day to remove, sand and repaint, and did so without complaint and at no extra cost because he wanted us to be happy with the work. Michael is a true professional. His crew worked diligently with a positive attitude, and left the premises clean. My neighbor was impressed with the quality of the fence repair and painting between our homes that she hired him to paint her house as well. She is an older lady and feels safe with his crew who have been nothing but pleasant and professional. Bonus: Michael has extensive experience building homes and has given great advice for other handy man work needed in our home.Michael is a model for how all contractors shouldwork!

I have some wonderful things to say about my experience with Hana Ho Painting! CUSTOMER SERVICE - Michael Ho was available for an on-site estimate right away. Not only was he quick to respond to my queries, but he answered all of my questions, and provided valuable insight and recommendations.PROFESSIONALISM - This team was top tier and professional - definitely worked at a high ethical standard.QUALITY OF WORK - The work that was done was phenomenal. A great transformation of the unit! It's obvious that the contractors who were at work were masters at their craft. Everything from painting, to baseboard installation, door installation - well done!GOING ABOVE + BEYOND - Michael Ho is well connected in the industry. I say this because I was having a tough time sourcing a new oven and range to fit the dimensions that we were looking for. He was able to find it, & arranged for the swap outs. I've already referred Michael and the team at Hana Ho Painting to friends and colleagues. Looking forward to working with again!

Owner Michael Ho called to apologize for the lack of communication. He was sidelined with a serious Staph infection. He came on his day off to take care of the proposed job. He not only met expectations but exceeded them! Very through, great attention to detail, and left the job site clean and pristine. If I have need of his services again I would without hesitation.

Had our home painted after 4 estimates decided to go with Hana Ho painters very glad we did, the price was very fair and the work total professionals. The quality of paint used outstanding just pops, Mike Ho (owner) great customer relationship skills very transparent on how and what to expect with process and finish results. I cannot say enough great things about Hana Ho Painting! From the estimate to the final clean up, Michael Ho and his fine team were the epitome of professionalism, expert craftsmanship and talented know-how. Comparing Mike's very detailed quote with others we received I could tell that he cared about the final product and doing things the right way so the paint job would last years and years. Our house is old and they had to do a LOT of prep work before they could even begin to paint - power washing the entire exterior, scraping/sanding/grinding the old paint, repairing our deck, replacing soffit vents, caulking open cracks, and patching holes - whew! And his team was fantastic throughout the whole process - such hard workers; so courteous and friendly; and they cleaned up every single day - even working through the weekend! My wife works at home and they didn't bother her at all. Lastly, their quote was very comparable to other companies, so they're fairly-priced and really went over and beyond. Although Mike said they didn't, I think they even did some things they didn't charge us for. Fantastic all around! I recommend Mike and his team 1000%! You won't be disappointed. Mahalo Hana Ho!

We were so impressed with Mike and his crew. They really spent time on the prep work so the paint job turned out amazing. Our house is old, so it needed a lot of prep and some repairs. The crew was responsive to everything we asked and were responsible with all parts of the process. Mike was great to work with for the quote and painting process. Would 100% recommend Hana Ho to anyone!

Provided an estimate promptly after seeing my house. Unlike others that took a while to get an estimate. Selected them & happy with results. Michael Ho & his crew were professional & did a great job at a reasonable price. They were friendly & kept me up to date on what they were going to do through out the whole project. Would definitely use them again for other painting projects.
