Hakuyosha Dry Cleaners

This location is in a busy small shopping area that has open air and covered parking spots shared with multiple businesses. Parking can be challenging at lunch and dinner times during the weekdays. Location seems to be a drop-off and pick-up sport with no on-site cleaning services. Staff varies, and this location was closed on Wednesday when I went. The front area is small and efficient. The rating of the site is based on location, hours, and parking. Prices are about average, I think, but dry cleaning in general is expensive.

1. Shirts not even spot treated. Collars on brand NEW shirts never treated. Even after I told them to please treat.2. Double creases put in brand new suit pants.3. I m ow clothes weren't cleaned properly because they still smelled of my cologne, and my wife removed tissues and handkerchiefs that were accidentally left in pockets - once clothing was picked up in its bags - they were still in pockets when I went to wear clothes again.4. Darker colored shirts had white starch residue all over them (front and back).5. Shirts wrinkled to boot.6. Great services and great value. I had 3 dresses, 1 pea coat, and 1 suit jacket done and it was only $72. Not bad! Easy to drop off and pick up! They have new store hours so be sure to call and check before going. I don't think it's updated on Yelp.
