I was referred to Dr. Tong for my Plantar fasciitis. He was patient with my questions and was sure to answer them. His evaluation and treatment gave me instant relieve. after a month of suffering I wish I saw him earlier. He also followed up with a website account to provide on time response's to questions and appointment's. I highly recommend him for any foot or ankle issues you may have ! Go to the Aiea location, it’s much nicer and they’re more prompt with the appointments.
The Kapahulu location is a shared clinic, doesn’t seem to be very well maintained and apparently they don’t care about appointment times since I’ve been sitting here for 45min after my scheduled appointment.
Side note: This review is mainly towards this specific location, not the doctor. He’s pretty good and the only foot doc I’ll see.
