Haircare is self care and it's about time I take that moment for myself.Appointment usually is key but my lifestyle...mood...situations make it aways an impossible situation and as I do have some upcoming events the reality finally hits me of how grey my hair has gotten which usually really don't bother me somehow has gotten to be the grey bunnies in my tangled mess.Getting this done has been brewing in my mind and I decided to jump on it and gone to several places only to see that even a basic haircut was a wait as there was only one staff on or the pathetic one I went to never greeted me and gave me a bad haircut.This location is in Kaimuki Shopping Center lower level right next to Times Supermarket and this owner from what I understand worked at Macy's that unexpectedly closed and took a leap of faith along with her spouse.Well here we go just had to give it a try and walked in and sigh...they already looked busy but I asked and Annie the owner says "yes" omg quickly assessed me as she was finishing up a perm set and in a few got me all going. I admit she was all over the place juggling myself and perm here comes a walk in hair cut and an appointment hair cut lol!She does have another young lady who seems to do just haircuts and helping with miscellaneous things but Annie seems to be doing it all was insane to watch. Once I was washed and rinsed she simply towel dried me off and done. I was really gonna suggest that no styling was needed to be honest but she was like...ok? Don't get me wrong I really appreciate her taking me in as I just walked in at the perfect exact moment, I really was gonna go four stars but since knowingly she was on a time constraint I was absolutely aware of and took me in on the fly I appreciate getting this service done finally.Not quite ready to flaunt the grey bunnies, she got me covered here ;-)Thank you!

I love this fantastic sams best I have ever been to. I'm very particular about my hair style and Annie is amazing. The whole atmosphere is wonderful very welcoming. Nani is awesome too. Highly recommend this fantastic sams over anywhere on island. Very professional but like family!

Stations were a mess. Haircut did not come out nice. A bit rough with my neck. I am pretty sure the woman who was cutting my hair made a mistake and was forced to cover it up by cutting more of my hair. This left my hair shorter in length that what was initially agreed upon. The price that I had to pay, I found crazy, especially since I hated the way my hair came out. I wouldn't come here again.
