Very pleasant atmosphere. The Hair stylist Lei, was very attentive to making sure that what I requested was being met. The service was exceptional. Will be going to see her whenever I need a haircut.

It was a very great experience. Vicki was very knowledgeable in what she was doing..
I came back to use up my points I had collected because I received an email from your company.
I went to pay and was told I had no points
at all. I was very disappointed . I have included the emailed. It was not Vicki’s fault. It is not a good way to keep people coming back if you don’t honor the points you remind a patron of these rewards via email.

This location is right across City Mill on Waialae Ave. Go see Lei. She rocks! I dropped in because my regular stylist had a thing and was pleasantly surprised. Lei is fast, friendly, and communicates well on what you may want. The other stylist seemed just as good, nice. I let Lei use her muse and it's making me think I found a new stylist. Not bad prices either. Plenty of parking which is nice. Sorry, no photos. Stay tuned....🤔 😉🤙✌️
