I highly recommend Eric as a personal trainer. My husband & I visit him for weekly workouts, where he has helped us with core & muscle strengthening, & balance. We always look forward to our workouts with him. Eric is so funny & personable that time seems to fly by & we always leave laughing & feeling elevated both physically and emotionally. Eric is the ultimate personal trainer. The workout is super efficient while being so much fun! He is very knowledgeable & knows how to get you in shape without you knowing it's getting done meaning his workout works!!! I've achieved my goal & working on more. Eric is intelligent, a great father, motivator, friend, comedian, altruistic & all around good person who wants to help everyone. He's genuine & has a good heart. Highly recommended!

Something I can testify - I used Coach Eric in 2019 started off at 200lbs left at 139lbs at week 29. It was easy, simple, and motivating through the whole process. Left because of my own budget reasons but I also sought 7 other Coaches. Nothing compared to him. Last year my husband asked what I would wish for and I wished for him. The universe had us cross paths in Costco 3 days later and 2 weeks later he's back to being my Coach. He has and will always be the best coach I have ever had, still is. Grateful for another opportunity since in 200lbs again haha but I wouldn't choose anybody to be on this journey with besides him!
