I called the front desk and they told me they will close the door at 9:15pm. I made it at 9:15 and they shut the door right in front of my face. I called them in front of the clinic door again at 9:15 and told them my foot got injected pretty bad by sea water and rock and hope to get some help. They said no with door shut.
Won’t trust a clinic like this with no care of patient and no empathy.

I hurt my knee on the way to Hawaii. After two days of pain, I went to this urgent care that was conveniently located across the street from our hotel. They got us right in and gave me a shot for the inflammation and healing which worked extraordinarily well! Thank you to Morgan Panik, PAC who made the right call and made me better for the rest of my lovely vacation! Mahalo to the entire team! Appreciate you gettig u in and out so we could enjoy your beautiful island!

Absolutely abysmal experience, front desk is a joke. Literally go anywhere else, they didn’t even have any sort of leg brace

As others have said I have called for my bill and they just keep saying they don’t have a billing person and say they are going to send me and don’t I had to fly from another island to this doctor and I’m really disappointed they never answer the phones and you never get a straight answer the doctor I saw was nice but doesn’t really matter if you can’t get your treatment plan or bill for insurance I can’t get treatment from my providers without the bill for my insurance it’s ridiculous .. avoid this place at all costs !!
