This rating is not for doctors or nurses but only for the billing. Very frustrated! Paid in full once received the 1st bill, but continuously received bill to pay for the same amount of the same service. Wrote emails and called couple times no response at all. Balance still show I owe them money. Not able to speak anyone on the phone always unavailable. **Further update, after sending hardcopy of receipt which was paid 4 months ago, 3 weeks later we got the same billing statement. I gave up. I expect a third party collector and send all evidences to them.

I Visited this urgent care on Dec 12 for a simple UTI. The front desk person said their billing system was “down” and they would submit to insurance “later.” They do not advertise as cash only. They never submitted to insurance and billed me for the full amount of $622. For a simple urine test and a 5 minute visit. I’ve called billing and left messages many times and no one ever answers. Don’t go here.

It was so handy to find a doctor Surgery that was open in the late afternoon in the foyer of the Sheraton princess Kehlani hotel in Waikiki. We were able to see a doctor within half an hour. It was a really straightforward process and they were very caring and helpful.

Don't take UHA? There is literally like 3 healthcare options in Hawaii not including Kaiser. You're telling me you just don't take one of the 3?? What a joke, waste of time and took the receptionist 10 minutes to even come from the back to tell us we had to pay out of pocket... Go back to the mainland if you aren't going to take the local insurance options.

Very quick and attentive staff, were able to quickly check me out as a walk-in. Have had two great experiences here.

DO NOT GO HERE! The worst experience I’ve ever had as far as going to a doctor… waited 2 hours in the waiting room with a 103 fever and not even an offering of Tylenol to help. I begged for medical attention but all the rooms were packed. Staff wasn’t helpful, it seemed like they got joy from saying no. I asked if I can wait in my car & call me when it’s ready because it was freezing in the clinic they said no. I asked for Tylenol they said no. The wait was 2 hours just to be checked in to a waiting room! At that rate just close operations. I was able to go across the street to Kuhio walkin medical clinic. They gave me Tylenol while I was waiting and the wait time was 10 minutes! Absolutely horrible experience & service. As an individual who comes from a family of doctors with multiple practices this was a joke and disrespectful.

I visited Doctors of Waikiki in early January for a sprained ankle. During my visit, I paid $310, which I was told I could claim back through my travel insurance once I received the necessary documentation.
I was informed that these documents would be sent to me within 3–7 weeks. However, more than three months later, I still have not received anything. I have sent multiple emails requesting the documents, explaining that I need them to file my insurance claim, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
As a result, I am currently unable to claim the expense through my travel insurance, which is very frustrating.

Did not wait long. Very professional care bye a Doctor Who truly listen to me and collaborated with my efforts in the care of the upper respiratory infection I was facing. She was amazing and precise. This is the best hidden secret in Waikiki!

Staff is sweet but not great at their knowledge. Definitely do your own research on anything prescribed. Poor medicine knowledge, don’t call in prescriptions without persistence, in case I know of they gave different prescription order than talked about in visit, and a complete wrong antibiotic for the case which was very difficult to correct. So kind but double check anything given.

Very nice doctors and nurses plus front desk.
They even have Primary Care Doctors.
