i came for a pedicure and left with a feeling of “am i worth anything?”

the woman doing my pedicure made me feel like i wasn’t worth her time or effort. my husband was with me and started before me and ended after me and we received the “same package” of pedicure service and she came about 6 mins after his started. my water was also cold after asking for warmer water. I actually asked for HOT but anyway..

i’ve gotten my feet done here before and my pedicure was good and also a full set which was great but i’ve never felt so “omg… when will this end?” from any other tech here or ever before..

Should've taken a photo when it was done but I wanted to wait how long it'll last and almost 4 weeks in and I have zero issues! I came here few times with pedicure but gel mani was second time. First time was with Min who was very friendly and she was very good! Nail lasted 4 weeks + and had zero issues. I couldn't get her appointment in Dec so I booked Loann after reading some of the reviews and she was awesome! She was friendly and professional and finished my nail at timely manners and it was perfect. I can't wait to have my nails changes next week and highly recommend Loann and as well as Min :)

I walked in curious if i could get a walk in appointment, they guided me to a chair immediately. many options to choose from and they were really nice. i'm shy and quiet and they didn't make me feel bad for that. it was relaxing and nice. they told me up front every price of everything, didn't try to sneak in any services. Very nice people would go again. also yelp says they open 9:30, they open 9:00am.
