We called DiamondHead Plumbing at 10:00 this morning and by 11:00 plumber arrived at our home. DHP Deb answered phone within a few rings and set up appointment. Deb is very professional, friendly and pleasant. Nick is the plumber and he is knowledgeable, professional, respectful and pleasant. Nick fixed our plumbing issue and patiently answered our questions. Thank you DHP for being in business and doing a great job.

I have used Diamond Head Plumbing (DHP) several times in the last 20 years with overall good results. The most recent was for a sink disposer replacement. The scope of the work was for me to supply a new disposer and DHP would install it. The job only took 40 minutes and I felt the workmanship was professional. However, please be aware that it appears there has been policy change in the labor rate. For jobs with customer provided parts the labor rate is 53% higher than the standard rate. This makes DHP a very poor value in this case. I wish DHP would have told me about this policy when I booked the appointment because I would have selected an alternative company for this... read full review
